The e-mails are great and so are the webinars. The program is good, but the calls seem short. I understand time is short. It makes it seem rushed and maybe that’s because I got busy with other junk. I'm still committed to make it work. I just have to get the other stuff out of the way. I appreciate the positive attitudes of the people associated with John's program.

Jen is good clear and informative. I’m a little disappointed that for 39.95 I’m guaranteed basically to make a purchase within 30 days yet for an additional 2250.00 I am steered away from a quick purchase to more educated purchase 5 or 6 weeks down the educational process . I would prefer you guide me to a county where you already know there are buys, ok, my ability to spot and guide me step by step in researching and validating the worth and affordability and then direction for procurement. Then I a personal buying experience for which many questions will be answered as well many will arise. Then I think the whole learning experience be easier as well as the coaching job will be easier. probably more retention by the student and less repetition by coach and supporting staff allowing for further advancement in less time by me. Maybe test where you have researched a particular deed that looks like a good buy is particularly difficult to navigate the means to which to validate the value of said deed, but if student cannot reach the 'end'  by him or her self can be guided to specific site simultaneously , 'via' internet ,navigate the site and find the desired information . Maybe this approach is too simple and I’m just a real dummy, but if I drive you to a place and know that I am going the shortest road then it will be easier for me to get to that spot even if a road is closed.

My experience of Mentoring of America was very influential. My coach was very supportive and clear in his over the phone lectures. A couple of matter however must be address.

It is advisable to let future students know that when they start an business and incorporate themselves for it as the John beck program did it would be go to let them know how much it will cost so that they are not taken by surprise. That part needs immediate transparency. Also I would like to advise to not just have the coaches teach over the phone but to also send image of pictures to help the student understand the subjects and assignments more understandable. There were time when that would have been helpful, not merely in the webinar lectures but also from the coaches.

I think a forum for John Becks students would be a beneficial addition.  A place where students could talk with and help each other.  Some students have more experience in areas that others don't.  A student forum would allow us to sound board, think tank, network, etc...

Today some guy called me and tried to sell me John Beck’s Free and Clear. He was very surprised that I paid 10 000.00 $ for it. I still think it was worth it. He did gave me an advice to ask for different coach since I did not get chance to buy neither sell anything and already had to make a second payment on my credit card bill.

I wish I had Rick Condie as my first coach instead of Brad Gillis.  He is much nicer, and much more helpful.  I think understanding and learning how to buy at tax sales etc., would have been much easier.  Before Rick started coaching me, I felt that I had to figure everything out by myself.  I was afraid to ask Brad Gillies a question.  He always seemed annoyed at me.   Rick answered my questions and helped me feel more confident.   His website is awesome and very helpful.   Brad Gilles didn't explain very much to me after the 2nd lesson.  He told me if I wasn't going to follow what he told me to do; I shouldn't have got into this course.  I was really trying.  He never gave me lesson 4 or 5.  I thought I was going to buy houses, and when I said, later I'd like to buy houses.  He said that's not going to happen.  Do you think the banks are going to let them go to a tax sale?  If I didn't need to succeed with this, I think I would have quit at that point.  In the beginning I didn't know what I was even getting into.   He wasn't a very good teacher.  It was like I should know and understand more than I had learned.  He would just send me an e-mail with my next lesson, with no help.   The lessons weren’t easy to understand either.  I still have the three lessons, in my e-mail, if someone would like to see them.  The first one was good, but not the second or third lesson.  He was impatient, and very nasty, I thought.  I was just learning and he kept saying,  look 6 to 8 weeks away, but never explained why, or how this all worked.  So I started going to the webinars and there I learned why you look 6 to 8 weeks away.  I started using John Beck’s Vault and started searching all over the website, at different counties, until I started to learn more everyday.   I spent a lot of time on this.   Now I feel more comfortable finding list and researching them.  I'm getting close to buying.   But need to learn a lot more about title searches and liens etc.  And calls to the county to find out, more about the auction.  The hot line coaches answer my questions, and really try to help.   I have been very impressed, on how Strategic Finance and just everyone try to help you, and not hurt you financially.  Everyone tries to give good advice, to help you succeed.  Thank You, Fran

I have found there is a lot of information I could not have found on my own.  It has enabled me to find tax sells and research property that is available across the US.  Under this program, I purchased my first property within 30 day of starting my training.  My trainer has helped me to understand the program and has helped thru the many processes.

Scott did a great job.  I think this information could have been presented in a DVD and I would have got the same information out of it.  Not anything bad about Scott, but I am a very busy person and regular sessions on the phone tie me down.  By having them on a DVD I could replay them and actually get more out of them in a much shorter period of time.
