When getting in system for John Beck's vault, was not advised that computer knowledge was essential.  Therefore, feel at more times that trying to get better familiar with a computer, that I am losing time to meet the criteria that was required for the lessons.  It is not convenient when the coaching support desk is only available during certain times on the time zone which to my time zone, they are no longer available & then I need to wait for the next business to contact someone. The only time I can get help with being on the computer since I am not user friendly AT ALL, is when I have someone with me after 7pm to assist me.  That person does have computer knowledge, but they do not know what the criterion that I have to meet is. Also it would be more beneficial to the person who signed up for this program to have the SYLLABUS to be printed & included with the information that was sent to me versus having to print all of the pages off my own computer.

Tyler is very nice. I was not real happy when he told me that if I had a question I could call and leave a message or email which he dose not answer for 24 hours. How will that help me quickly I have no idea.

I watched the TV channel network that’s how I heard about this. I don't like the fact that when I call you can't talk to a person. Then I would of known I would need a computer, which I don't have one. Another thing it will cost little or no money to start. And that’s not true. I paid $ 2,350.00 for 5 sessions and call hotline and $39.95 for packet. I had to borrow from my Dad & he's not happy about that at all. I am not working and have no income coming in. So I would say you need money to start with. I haven't even bought a home or property yet. And I'll need money for that And Kevin Wyatt tells me you are going to help me for up to a year. I'm sure I have to pay for that help. So you now understand that I'm most likely the person you want to hear from right now cause I'm unhappy, scared. I've got to learn a lot that I don't understand, Use the phone to get a lot of info. And I have very little time to use my sister in laws computer. Oh ya and again I borrowed money $ 321.00 left on a laptop from layaway my dad gave me the money so I could get it quicker.      That's all Tricia Griffin

I feel that I need more hands on application to get this thing off the ground. Going into the vault, it appears that I am a day late in finding a property (s) that would be worth while, or they are out of a 'Beginnners' price range. Working in this requires a medium of information increasing that is somewhat new to me. I had thought I understood deeds, liens but the nuances seem to be daunting.

Jim and Scott are very intelligent people and I enjoyed working with them.  The information presented is useful.  However, I think the program could be much more successful if the coaches worked with all students to complete ONE and ONLY ONE transaction as part of the ""teaching"" package.  This would be a win-win situation for

What we like about the program?
 Well organized and planned out over a 5 week period. Coach knew the material very well and was quite helpful. The program has many resources to find information on what we needed to find. The sessions were simple to follow, even though some counties for the lists were not that easy to locate the required information.  Our coach was very thorough on explaining the information and always made sure that we understood or had any questions. We really didn't have any dislikes with the program.
It was a pleasure being coached by Tyler Dixon.

I just my last session with Pierce Barney yesterday, he is a good coach; hopefully I can retain this information till I am able to invest. You see, the problem that I have is that I do not have the money to invest at this time. The very first person I talked to after I received John Beck’s system made it seem that all I needed was $5000.00 to get started. I do not remember his name. So thinking that the $5000.00 was all I needed, I borrowed the money. Then I called back and talked to Danial Soto 888 857 6731 ex. 11036, he talked about four questions that I needed to answer to see if could join the program, one of the questions talked about resources, 5 to 10 thousand dollars or 10 to 15 thousand dollars, I said yes to all the questions. Next I talked to Jessica Kirstein 888 857 6731 ex. 11050, she also made it seem that all I needed was 5000 dollars to get started, she said their was other people who started out with 10 thousand dollars. She said they were more aggressive investors. The point is this, I feel that I was mislead when I first signed up and paid my money to your company. I believe this system is a good one and I want to use this system, but I think your company should been more straight forward, I think they should talk about the 5 thousand dollars, but they should have told me that I needed other money besides the 5000 dollars to invest after the sessions were over.  I really believe you can find a home for 300 dollars, but those are going to be very hard to find.  I want to ask this favor of your company, is there any way I could borrow up to the amount of 5000 dollars I paid to your company for my first deal, I find the property, you pay for it, after I sell the property I will return the money to your company. This is the only way I can get started today; otherwise I figure I will not be able to start for about six mo. to a year. Thank you, Gerald Love

The coaching sessions seem to be educational and explanatory.  The only criticism we would have is that Leslie talks a little too fast and doesn't give enough time to respond to a question when asked.  The materials of the course are very detailed and the staff seems knowledgeable and willing to help us succeed.

The coaching staff and the webinars are great and present a lot of good information and the people are pleasant and knowledgeable. The support staff at customer services works with you to resolve problems.
 After I started the program Free and Clear and joined the mentoring program I received several calls from the sales people and trying to enroll me with the mentoring program. No biggie though they were all polite and courteous. Thank you.

Leslie is obviously a very brilliant lady and really knows her stuff, but because she talks so fast, I have problems keeping up with her.  She will slow down, but then speeds up again.  She claims she has so much to cover, she has to talk fast.  Fortunately, I am an engineer and real estate developer, but still I have real problems.  I am far behind in the assignments, and am working all this week trying to catch up before the end of her classes.  I badly need more info from her and hope she can stay longer on this.

So far I have not felt so excited about the program.  I does not go as quickly as I originally thought.  I just wish that it was said so that I would know ahead of time.  My coach is great.  The emails don't seem to make it to me that well.  The hotline is fine but customer service was not that great at the beginning of my program.  I was sent back and forth when I had a problem with the property vault,.  I felt like no one cared and did not feel like doing what they were there for.  Overall on a scale between 1 and 10 I would give it a 6.5.

Things our going better. Tyler is a great coach, he is patient and lets me ask questions even when where running behind. I am a slow learner and Tyler makes sure I understand everything before he continues with something else. I have called Tyler a couple of times with a question and he was available right away.
