Tyler has been very knowledgeable and patient in guiding us through the research and decision making of purchasing properties in tax foreclosure. We aren't there yet but are feeling more confident with each lesson.

The Dec sales lists were not yet published so there were no specific questions related to property. Dave however explained how to get an idea of what the properties looked like by using maps live and maps Google. I’m still waiting for the Dec lists.

Lesley was very informative & has given us a lot of good useable information and web sites that we would have never been able to find on our own. With this knowledge we should succeed with our goals.

Working with Leslie has been a good experience. All the sessions were very informative and she gave us a lot off good useable information that we never would have been able to find on our own. She gave us a lot of web sites that will help us obtain information we will need to succeed in John Beck’s program.
THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

I received a call from a gentleman with your financial department on Thursday and it did not go well. He did his job of talking to me about corporations, LLC's , and asset protection. However, I didn't appreciate the fact that he wanted me to purchase the LLC setup right away. That is something that someone should be able to think about and then call back if they decide to purchase it through John Beck. It is a lot for anyone to jump into right away. I think that people should know what to expect before they get the call. I also don't think that the financial call should count as one of my coaching sessions. You’re getting a lot of information from your mentor and should not be cheated out of a session. If this is the case then let them know they will be getting 4 sessions instead of 5.
Thank you for your time.

My coach has been very helpful. She is full of energy and has positive outlooks.
I have has some trouble with all of the work that is to be done on my own. This program is not for someone that hasn't worked with the internet. My experience with the internet is limited and this has been a challenge

I would like to mention that when I first started with this program I was led to believe that this kind of tax sales would not be a problem in Canada primarily Quebec. I am disappointed because the coach is great but the information does not work here in Quebec. Please have someone call me about this. If I have to do this in the USA and i am in QUEBEC then for me to do my due diligence with the coaches help will require me to travel to the states for these tax sales. Something I am not willing to do. It will be too costly to go out of my comfortable geographic region and venture out into unknown territory.
Please call me back so that we can work something out.....thanks

John Beck's Coaching Session program is not what it promised.
First, this program cost way to much compare to the learning material and info that I received.
Second, the person who convinced me to start this program said that within 30 to 45 days, I will be buying and selling at least one property. But, it has been 3 months and I have nothing and my coaching session is over.
Third, the person who convinced me for this program told me that I could do this program only with a computer and internet access. But, this program requires more than the use of computer and internet along. It required calling counties, realtors, police stations, fire stations, property neighborhood and property owners. Also, if I had a chance, which I don't because I'm working full time during the day, I was supposed to go and see the property. I said at the beginning that I can only work on this program at night because I'm working full time job for the federal government during the day time. The person told me that was fine. There is no way this program can be accomplishe by working only in the night time like I did. So many things have to be done during the day time business hours.
Fourth, this program supposed to require 5 to 10 hours a week. With only 5 hours,
Regarding to the coaching session, it involved not much learning. Only thing that my coach did was pointing a finger where I needed to go. She (my coach) gave me bunch of web page addresses to do my research. She told me bunch of different people to call and talk to. Only thing that I feel like I have learned is the use of Quitclaim Deed Letter.
Fifth, this program is not worth $10,900. I only got 9 sessions 30 minute each. Even a college charges less money and teach more hours and longer days. I paid $10,900 for this session and they only gives me 4 months to access John Beck's Property Vault, when the access fee for this property vault is only $39,99 per month. I think they should give all the students at least one year to access the property vault.
Sixth, John Beck's success stories said that some people bought a property for only $200-$300 and made a huge profit. After researching about the properties, there are no way you can get a decent property for only $200-$300, just tax, fee and closing cost combined cost over $500. With $200-$300, you can only get a useless property. I participated a tax foreclosed Auction in one of the counties in New York State in November. All the decent properties were sold over $5000-$10,000. Some properties were sold way over $100,000. Finding a good property for $200-$300 may be possible, but it is like finding a needle in a haystack.
Seventh, John’s system helped me setup my own company and a tax accountant. This supposed to help me pay less tax and file my tax correctly. This cost me additional over $3000. At the beginning no one told me that I had to send additional money over $3000. Also, if I don't find profitable property and sells it to gain profit, what is the point of having my own company and accountant?
Eighth, regarding to the coaching telephone hot line, it only gives me an obvious answers. It does not help much. Also, I hardly learned anything; I do not know what to ask.
Ninth, the learning material I received when I started the coaching session, it only talks about general knowledge about real Estate and terms, it is nothing about how to find tax foreclosed house, buy it and sell it for profit.
Tenth, I think John Beck and his coaches are making themselves rich by charging poeple over $10,000 + $5,000 (for company setup and tax accountant) and simply telling people where to go to find property by pointing their fingers.
I regret big time getting into John Beck's system. I started out this to help out my sister. Thank God that my sister did not join and only I am losing the money.
I hope a miracle happens and I get my money back somehow.

The program is good. I have learned this program takes more time than I anticipated that it is easy to spend too much time on something that may go nowhere. Our coach was always on time and encouraging. The webinars are the absolute best thing about the John Beck program, as the questions being answered really are able to give students a wide picture of what's available.

I am definitely glad to be able to get this extra help. I couldn't do this with just me and my husband. Our coach is helpful. Although there is so much to learn and only so much time she can spend with us that at times I feel very over whelmed or very clueless about where or what I am doing even though I am given the tools it takes some time to learn how to use them. I think the sessions should be a little bit longer. This way I could feel free to ask my questions right there and not have to wait and write them to her later and so she could relax and not feel so rushed to get off and hurry to her next appt.
The materials of the course I guess is okay, I have learned a ton more with Leslee and the homework I think. I also have not had the time yet to go through everything.
The hotline is very helpful when I need to ask a question that doesn't do with the homework.
The webinars sound very helpful I have not had a great schedule yet to get involved in one. (We are in the middle of moving to a different state, and packing for a vacation. When that is all over I will much more able to do all these activities).
Customer service I was very helpful and fixed a problem right away when I had not received my folders and such. I haven't needed to call them since

I have enjoyed the coachIng sessIons and have learned a lot through the assIgnments. LearnIng the process Is taxIng, but Jen has reInforced I am learnIng at an acceptable rate and has been patIent wIth my wIfe and I as we move through the program. I am a skeptIc by nature and am growIng anxIous to purchase and sell my fIrst property to experIence a success. A lIttle longer sessIons after the fIrst 4 sessIons would be of benefIt as the assIgned coach understands the students posItIon. ContactIng the coachIng hotlIne, one can spend 20 mInutes explaInIng to someone where you are at before movIng forward to the real questIon at hand. It can be dIsappoIntIng. Likes and dislikes, as requested:
Tyler seemed very knowledgeable and was most helpful with his explanations and tips to guide me through the process. I really appreciated his walking me through the websites and e-mailing the session notes.
I would have liked a little more time for each phone session. Maybe 15 minutes for questions and then 30 minutes for the training.
I was also a little frustrated from time to time with the time-zone difference. My being on EST and the coaches on MST or WST sometimes left me with no one available to talk with when I encountered a problem or question during my research. Having to wait until my schedule co-incided with the hours of the Coaching dept delayed my work another day. Maybe having your coach work in staggered shifts would help.
I was pleased overall with the training. Thank you.

Yes. I'm very pleased with Taylor coach abilities and how he was there for me and how he took the time to be patient with me. Because. When i started this program I did not even know how to turn on a computer and with this program motivated me to do so. I would have liked if lessons wood be a bit longer. So thank you and God bless.

Theperformance of your coach -- This is a tough one. Mark is nice, and appears to be quite knowledgeable. However, I was disappointed. It seemed as if he was following a script rather than coaching me individually. He seemed to want to follow the script more than deal with the issues I might be having. A one size fits all approach was not what I was expecting. At least one third of the time his computer was down and he wasn't sure where we had left off or what he had asked me to do. On next to last session he asked me to find 5 properties that we could discuss and suggested that I email them to him. I did. It seemed like he hadn't even looked at the email until I brought it up in our final session. And he definitely was not prepared to talk about them. In summary, Did he do his job? Yes. Did he do it well enough for me to recommend the program? No.
2. The materials of the course -- Real Estate 101. Not useful to me at all
3. The hotline -- Used only a couple of times. He was very friendly, but unable to answer my questions without taking time to research the answers. One instance required about a 5 minute hold. The other required a call back which came several hours later. Overall satisfactory.
4. The webinars -- Probably the most instructive part of the program
5. Customer service -- Called twice. First call requested cancellation of automated calls. Didn't happen in spite of assurance that they would be stopped. Second call got them cancelled.
The property vault -- I used it heavily before the coaching started. But, once the coaching started I found that I didn't use it because I could find the same info earlier on the internet. I will be cancelling this.
Even though I have spent an average of 30 hours a week on this program, I have yet to buy a property. I received only one quit claim deed back out of all of my mailings. That one was for a lot that was not buildable.

Our first introduction was good. I am looking for the assignment section after I send this.
Also, I need to get a message the webmaster. I cannot use the Tax Sales on my Vista machine. I have worked with Dell Technical and they think it is a website problem. I can go to different states in the calendar section but CA only in the Tax Sales section.
