Hi Jeff I should like to thank you for your time and patience in introducing me to the world of John Beck’s money making system. I now know much more than did when I started. I look forward to purchasing properties in the near future and shall not hesitate to call you for advice. Many thanks. Humphrey Banwell

First I just want to thank you for the time you have spent with me. I really appreciate everything that the John Beck team has done for me. I think that I have been given an excellent start and I know that I will do very well with the information and help that I have been provided. There are several things I have learned over the past few weeks. You asked for an email to include these things. I would say the most important of these things to me is to stay focused and dedicated. Have faith in yourself and don’t give up. Another of the most important to me is to keep a list of my goals where I can see them every day. I have read my goals over and over and I do believe that it has made a big difference. I have learned all about the deeds and leans process. I have come to the conclusion that I would like to focus on the deed states first and then once I have it mastered I will try out more with the lean states. I have learned what states to focus on properties that did not sell at the auctions, and also about struck on properties. I have learned several guidelines of what states and areas to focus on. I have been getting better and better and finding lists, which I understand is kind of a hard thing for some people. I have learned to study the laws for each state and county before making any rash choices. I have learned that it is very important and makes things lots easier to contact the counties directly rather than trying to waist time finding information on your own. With that note I have learned that the best departments to contact first if the Treasures and the Tax collectors departments. I have learned several things on what to find out about a property/ house before purchasing them. Like find out about utilities, road access, zoning, age of the house, water rights, mineral rights, how fast things are selling in the area, how fast the area is growing in population, etc. A list like this could go on and on. The most important thing to keep in mind wile researching these types of questions is the area and the purpose on the property (keeps and exit strategy). I have also learnt several tips and pointers on how to sell. I have been studying lots and lots of other peoples adds to see what are some of the more attractive ways to put together an add, and the type of words that will draw attention to your add. I have looked over the websites you informed me of to help create an ad and I am very excited to try it out. I understand that there are still several things to learn. This is just all of the things that I have found to be the guidelines and the most important information to build a strong foundation.
On a different note I finally received my IRS NID tax number. I have still not received my deed to the property I purchased in Texas. They said that it would be 7 to 10 days. It should be anytime now and I will be ready to create an ad and sell it. But either way if I have not received the deed or have not been able to sell it I will be ready to purchase tax houses within the next two weeks now that I have the tax number and business information I have been waiting on. I am very exited for that and for our next and I guess last session on Tuesday. Thanks for all your help.

Charlene is great. Punctual and she is easy to understand. We just wish we had more time with her to go through websites or property research together, but half an hour is much too short.
We were told when enrolling into the program that our coach would help us get our first property to buy ASAP perhaps even before our credit card bill would come in, as to not incur any interest charges. We don't see this happening yet. Hopefully in September we can get the ball rolling. Can't wait to give you our first success story!
Thank-you

It's been few weeks since i started the program and getting more into it I've noticed that it's not that hard to understand it all. If you just listen to your coach and work on it every day for couple hours it will really look pretty easy. I haven't accomplished a lot in business yet because it has been only few weeks but I gain so much knowledge that i know will help me until the rest of my life. I am pretty close to closing my first deal and I am really excited about it. I went to John Beck's seminar and let me tell you it's one of the best seminars I've been to. They tell you exactly step by step how it works and what should you do in different cases. I love this program and I know I am a step closer to become wealthy.

Jesse was a very good coach, and gave us a lot of helpful tips. However, we were a little disappointed with the program. It was very scheduled and didn't help us get in and make the first purchase like we thought that it would. We have had some setbacks, and still haven't been able to make a purchase. However, we look forward to getting back into this program soon.

John is a good teacher. I am learning a lot from not knowing a lot about real estate. But, I do have one complaint, I know the sessions are 30-45 minutes, I sometimes feel rushed because I feel they have to time themselves i guess, if I'm wrong please let me know but I do feel like sometimes the coach have to stop at a certain time.
Thank you Debbie

As to my experience with the coach session, there was nothing that really help to get on business as quit as John BECK'S add on TV. Imagine I bought this package for over $ 3000 since last April 2007, till to day August 30, 2008 I still can found a deal that to buy as they promoted the system, They need to say the truth and make the system more liable for people like me who brought the entire package and nothing I can do with it until now. For me the system is not working there are lacks on information given for the money I paid.
I would greatly appreciate if you or someone with love of Jesus-Christ Lord can help me at least make one deal to get my money back specially now I am not working I lost my job since December 13, 2007 with no benefits my house is going to foreclosure with credit card bills and no place to leave with 7 kids a wife. Hopefully I am desperate for help
May God bless you.

I've had one session with Edwin. We went over some of the different types of investments that are available to me. What you would need a financial advisor for and when you would need a lawyers help.

This Wednesday we (me and my wife) had our first session with coach Matthew Palmer.
We were not sure what to expect at the sessions but I should say we were pleasantly surprised. It turned out to be very productive first session and it didn't reiterate the video and other materials we already had but went hands-on and compact with new and relevant material.
After getting to know us a little bit our coach didn't go dry through a preset material but was able to keep with us and work with us on a specific and relevant content.
This start feels very optimistic to us in regards to the coaching sessions and I hope we will be able to keep up.
I can't say the same words about the customer service where we still can't reach anybody to straighten our Property Vault access.
Best Regards,
Georgi Srendev

Dear Sir or Madame,
I have taken detailed notes of every word spoken to me first by Guy Combs then Shane Tisdale to get me to purchase coaching tuition for $8,724.00. My lawyer has advised me to terminate services while the charge is pending. The full amount should be taken off the charge card by end of business Tuesday, September, 2.
Sincerely,
Sue Mahla

Not bad at all in terms of coaching and providing information, but is easy to lose the forest from the trees with this information.
I think an outline sent the very beginning laying out sessions and topic for each sessions and topic for each session, with the email links included would make a huge difference. Also, lay out what states trade over the internet and what states trade over the internet and what states require a physical presence. Lay out what states have counties that provide internet lists at no charge instead of telling the student to endlessly go get lists for $10k per student, one would expect a little more handholding.
Just about every session felt rushed, and I could hear lots of background talking going on like my coach was part of a huge call center. It was distracting and for 10k (about 1k per lesson) I expect more in terms of a private call. At least give the coach a noise canceling directional microphone
The written materials sent via fed ex were too generic and more or less of little utility to myself. For 10k for the program, I expected more. I am guessing I was not your target audience for the written materials.
I did like Tyler and felt he did a good job of imparting information. Elicia loveless was likewise good, but she was always rushed and in a hurry to move on.
I would tell people that a high speed internet connection is an absolute must for this program.

Stan was helpful and informative, a good listener, he found out where we were at and we went from there. He encouraged us to buy small and sell quickly. How we will do depends on us now. He did as good a job as he could with the raw materials we have given him to work with. Praise the Lord, were on our way and we have him to thank! Thanks Stan for all you do. Your tips and resources are so helpful. Keep 'em comin’ Naomi Iserman

I would like to start off by saying how excited I was about starting this program. I did everything I was supposed to do. I even read the recommended readings on the side. I quit my full time job to try a stay at home business, so I was full committed. I researched all of my properties. I have sent out ~225 offers. I have not received any offers back. My coach suggested calling and asking for left over parcels. I did that as well. Of the list I called none of them sold left over parcels, they were offered to previous lien holders. Now don’t get me wrong Tyler has been extremely nice, but I still have not made a profit to show for the numerous hours I have put in and the large amount of money invested. I am now trying to request my money back. I am being denied my ""money back guarantee"". Can some one please help with this situation? I am currently filing a complaint with the FTC to see what options are available.

I am currently enrolled in the program with Dave as my Coach. He is always on time and interested in my progress. Our weekly sessions are full of information and his follow up emails help me to keep everything in the forefront of my attention. I have learned an enormous amount of valuable details on searching and researching upcoming sales around the Country from Dave. I have several sources of funding coming up over the next month or two and plan to travel to several states in the Southeast for the Sep and Oct Sales. I am also looking frequently at Texas sales since I know the central part of it fairly well. Further I am researching the surrounding States of Utah for upcoming sales as many are within commuting distance. I suppose I have had a slow start getting on with the program but this should change shortly once my funding has occurred, thanks to Dave I am prepared to take advantage of my training to build a significant base of investment both shortly and into the future.

Curtis,
It's been a while since we last spoke, so I decided to write you to let you know what I have been doing.
In late July I attended my first tax sales auction in Delaware County New York, that is about 3 ½ hours north of where I live. There were about 30 parcels being auctioned and at least 75 potential bidders, so I figured it was going to be difficult to win one of these properties.
I went up to the courthouse the prior day to do my research. I had already viewed approximately 10 lots the prior weekend with my wife, Luray, so I knew what parcels I wanted to research. I spent the better part of the day looking through the necessary documents (unfortunately very little was automated).
The following morning, the day of the auction, I was to learn that 4 of the 10 lots I was interested in were redeemed by the owners in the last two days. I did have the opportunity to bid on several parcels, but many were bid to high to make it profitable to sell. Finally, the last parcel that I researched was up for bid. A 5 .10 acres lot in Roxbury, New York went my way for $9K. The assessed value of the property is near $20K.
I received the deed in the mail this week and plan on contacting a local realtor in Roxbury to sell the property.
My second purchase, Wayne County P.A., came a little easier. It was a judicial sale located in Honesdale P.A. so all properties were free and clear of all liens, judgments, and mortgages. While there I decided to learn their automated system in preparation for the September Upset Tax Sale.
Again I viewed the interested lots, this time the day before, and spent the night at my brother's house. He happens to live about 5 minutes from where the auction was going to take place. This time there were well over a hundred parcels being auctioned and maybe thirty potential bidders. I got lucky because the lot I was really interested in went up for bid in less than 10 minutes and I won it. The property cost me 7K for 1.1 acres and is valued at $17K. I have not yet received the deed but expect it any day now.
I am looking forward to attending the next auction on 9/8/08, where I hope to make more than one purchase.
